Yes. Valley Industrial Trucks is a factory-authorized Bobcat® (Doosan) forklift dealer serving Northeast Ohio. We are also authorized dealers for Clark, Noblelift, Bulmor Sideloaders, and Sellick Rough Terrain forklifts.

Yes. We maintain a significant in-house parts inventory covering the most common repair needs across all major forklift brands. In most cases we can complete repairs same-day or next-day without waiting on parts to be ordered and shipped. For less common parts, we go straight to the manufacturer and usually have it the next day.

Yes. We offer customized preventive maintenance (PM) programs designed around your operation, your equipment, and your schedule. Regular PM reduces unexpected downtime, extends equipment life, and keeps your warranty intact. We handle all makes and models.

Yes. In addition to forklifts and material handling equipment, we service loading docks, commercial overhead doors, pallet racking, warehouse equipment (conveyors, stretch wrap machines), heavy equipment and container handlers, and aerial lift equipment including scissor lifts and boom lifts.

Yes. We provide written repair estimates upon request before any work begins. No surprise bills. You will know exactly what to expect before we start.

Our standard service hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We also offer emergency response service available after hours and on weekends. For emergencies, call 888-952-7536 at any time.

Yes. We provide full electric forklift battery service including load testing, equalization charging, cell replacement, watering service, and complete battery pack replacement. We also service and repair forklift chargers and charging systems for all major electric forklift brands.
